If you are thinking of purchasing equipment but want to test it fully first, you can make use of our offer Hire-Towards-Purchase scheme, which means you can use our rental service as a way of ensuring you’re getting the right product for you.

All the items we rent are available to try, at your leisure, and when you rent something, and then subsequently buy it, we’ll give you a percentage** of the rental fee back.

To qualify for the discount, all you have to do is purchase the item within ten working days of the rental, and we’ll give you 100% of your rental fees off the purchase price of your new item. Rent the item more than once or for a more extended period? No problem***, we’ll take this into account when we calculate the discount. This will give you plenty of time to decide if the kit is right for you and also a fair way of allowing you to manage the capital investment of new equipment for your business.

Phase One Digital Back Hire

We hire a variety of Phase One digital backs, from 50MP to the state-of-the-art 150MP digital backs. Whichever option you go for, you’ll receive training on your first hire and expert phone support should you need it during your shoot.

Using full-frame Medium Format sensors 2.5 times larger than the ones found in high-end DSLRs, the new Phase One XF Camera System delivers a powerful combination of the highest possible resolution together with large, high dynamic range pixels with exceptional wide angle response.

Combined with Schneider Kreuznach Blue Ring Leaf Shutter lenses, which offer sync speeds with flash of up to 1/1600s, you have a completely integrated system for producing the ultimate image quality.

Phase One Digital Backs

Phase One have again established themselves as the industry leader in digital capture for medium format cameras with their new IQ4 digital backs. With an outstanding resolution of 151 Megapixels the new IQ4 150MP is the pinnacle of digital capture. This back is able to shoot between 50 ISO and 25,600 ISO, and allows up to 60 minute clean exposures.

The IQ4 platform introduces groundbreaking technology into digital medium format photography, offering quality, flexibility and stability like never before:

• Ethernet, USB-C and WiFi wireless tethering to Capture One. Ethernet and USB-C also allows power to be brought directly into the XF system to minimise any downtime due to battery exchange.
• Dual SD and XQD storage, along with CFexpress future-compatibility. 
• Back Side Illumination technology, which directly translates into a more accurate render with improved color, detail and noise handling within the RAW file.
• Capture One Inside, which introduces IIQ RAW file “Style” integration, JPEG processing in-camera, improved image quality and preview performance, improved Live View, faster frame rates and new tools.
• The Infinity Platform, which follows on from the firmware-upgradeable philosophy of the XF Camera System, means the IQ4 is able to grow and develop into the future in terms of features and performance..

To support the top-of-the-range IQ4, we also have available the IQ3 100MP Trichromatic digital back, which introduces pioneering colour filter technology designed to  produce the most accurate and natural colour rendition available from any digital sensor. If your shoot doesn’t require a full-frame digital back, then we have the IQ3 50MP which benefits from quicker capture rate, and more flexibility with technical camera systems.

Our Phase One hire equipment comes with all necessary accessories as standard. If needed, we can offer training in advance of hire, subject to availability, arrangement and appointment.

Teamwork’s Digital Hire prices are designed to be competitive and flexible. After many years of selling and hiring Phase One backs we understand what the hirer requires, as well as being able to provide the back-up and support if something goes wrong. If you are given another quote in writing and the kit’s available, we will, of course, do our best to match that price.

• Kit is to be returned in the same manner in which you received it. Any items missing will be charged for appropriately at a minimum cost of £50. No item to be returned at a later date without prior authorisation.

• Teamwork are happy to allow collection from 4pm the day before, but the kit is expected to return on the day agreed no later than 10am. Teamwork must be informed of any delays on returning the kit. A minimum of a day’s rental charge will be applied for late returned equipment. Missing or broken items must be notified within an hour of delivery of the kit or will be charged for.
